About HRTC Bus Time
HRTC Bus Time (hrtcbustime.com) is an independent, free travel information platform for anyone travelling by Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) buses across Himachal Pradesh and neighbouring states.
What we do
We compile and maintain HRTC bus timetables, routes and fares for 2,500+ routes covering all major depots and bus stands in Himachal Pradesh, including Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Kullu, Mandi, Dehradun and Chandigarh. Every route page shows the next available departures, approximate fares and the full stop-by-stop journey, so you can plan a trip in seconds instead of calling depots or searching through printed timetables.
How we keep information accurate
Our timetable data is checked against official HRTC schedules and updated regularly. Because timings can occasionally change at short notice (seasonal schedules, roadblocks, festival traffic), we also let visitors report an incorrect timing directly from a route page, and we review and correct these reports promptly.
Who we are
HRTC Bus Time is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Himachal Road Transport Corporation or the Government of Himachal Pradesh. We built this site because, as regular HRTC travellers ourselves, we found it difficult to get quick, reliable timing information online, so we created the resource we wished existed.
